does anyone know where i can d/l a virtual machine to simulate a
mobile phone or other mobile internet device to test webpages and
mobile apps with (not just with Windows CE as I can no longer find the
Microsoft CE emulator offered by microsoft that was free) ? {don't
really want to test it on device specific appliances if i can avoid
it}
