Which is what they do. They create a bootable flloppy or CD and
then warm boot the machine. Both the programs mentioned above will copy
to same-size or to larger HDD but, AFAIK, only the pay versions of
HDClone will copy from larger to smaller. For that reason, I use the
lowest priced OT version of HDClone
