will warftp sup****t this? urgent, please help.

by ricolee99@[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sep 28, 2006 at 10:00 PM

Hi everyone,

Thanks for reading my post. I'm a newbie and I have a quick question.
I have a setup connection where there are over 50 Windows 2000 client
machines spread out and they are using dialup with vpn to connect to
our network. They are downloading and uploading to a head office, a
Windows 2003 server.

Are there any limitations to WarFTP that will not allow me to
accomplish this? (I'm planning on using WarFTP on client and server
machines). I'm wondering if WarFTP can sup****t this many simultaneous
download/upload connections, especially when some connections will be
disrupted, as dial up can fail. So we're looking at a possible 100
dial up connections to the ftp server performing a download/upload.

They will all be using the anonymous login; Will Windows CAL licensing
have an impact too?

Thanks so much in advance.

Eric
