Wanna know the fastest way to figure out which links folks are clicking
on to buy your program?
Put it on sale.
All links from my website have the sale price. The direct link embedded
inside the program from the menu goes directly to a filled out page at
the payment processor, therefore, it does not have the sale price. Not
without releasing a whole new version.
Suddenly all the sales are coming in, folks emailing Hey, why didn't I
get the sale price?
So I've had to do partial refunds to those folks.
At least I know what percentage of sales come directly thru the menu in
the software versus the website :-)
